Steps to adopting a corgi puppy from us!

Please go to our forms page and fill out the questionaire on line.  This gives us valuable information on matching you with your next corgi companion. 

Once your questionnaire has been reviewed, you will be notified and given the option to join our waitlist. Joining the waitlist is the only way to secure your place and ensure puppy selection.

A non-refundable reservation fee of $300 is required to be added to the waitlist. This fee is applied toward your puppy’s deposit once your selection has been made.

We have multiple litters each year and give priority to families on our waitlist, offering puppy selections to them first. Your position on the waitlist is confirmed only after the reservation fee has been received. Placement on the list is assigned in the order in which payments are received.

Once you have been added to our waitlist, you will be notified when the litter arrives (typically when the puppies are around 3 weeks old). At that time, you may either visit us at the farm or receive photos via text or email to help you choose your puppy. Each family is given 48 hours to make their selection.

We’re excited to keep you updated as your sweet puppy grows. Photos and videos will be shared regularly, and we’re always just a call away if you’d like to FaceTime with your puppy.

Every item we recommend has been carefully chosen based on our experience—we’re proudly over 14 years into raising CORGIS!

As Gotcha Day approaches, you will receive a text message with instructions to schedule your puppy’s pickup appointment. Once you receive that message, please be sure to schedule promptly.

All puppies are scheduled to receive their health certificates and first set of vaccinations with our veterinarian at 8 weeks of age. Puppies will begin going home the day after these appointments are completed.

Pickup day is an exciting milestone for everyone involved—and often our first time meeting you in person! Please plan to spend approximately 20–30 minutes with us during your visit. This allows time to review paperwork, go over your goodie bag, collect final payments, and answer any last-minute questions you may have.

Rest assured, our support doesn’t end at pickup. You’ll have a lifetime of support from us, and we truly hope you’ll continue to share PUPDATES as your puppy grows. You are now part of the Horseshoes n Halos extended family, and nothing makes us happier than watching our puppies thrive in their forever homes!
